Monthly allowances run to the calendar month and unused charts do not roll over. On Team, fair use means we do not count your charts rather than that there is no ceiling — the acceptable use policy explains where that line sits. Every plan is also subject to a rate limit of 40 charts an hour from one network, which stops automated abuse and is far above ordinary use. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are — GST for customers in India. Annual billing saves two months — write to [email protected] to switch.

Billing questions
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes — fourteen days, and no card. There is no self-service upgrade button yet: write to [email protected] or use the contact form and we will set it up. If you do not continue at the end, the account drops to Free. Nothing is lost either way, because charts are never stored on our side — export the ones you want to keep.
Is there a limit on the free plan?
Yes — 15 charts a calendar month, which is enough for occasional use and does not need a card. Pro raises it to 100 and Team removes the ceiling. Nothing is charged automatically when you reach the limit; you wait for the month to turn or upgrade. What Pro adds beyond volume is faster support, GST invoices and a place on the API waiting list — the chart types and the 500-row paste limit are the same on every plan.
How do I pay?
Cards through our payment provider, plus UPI and net banking for customers in India. Team accounts can pay by bank transfer against an invoice. We do not store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within seven days of a charge if you have not used the plan heavily. The full terms are on the refunds page.
Do you discount for students or non-profits?
Half price on Pro for students with a valid institutional email, and for registered non-profits. Write to [email protected] with proof and we will apply it.
