Content Writer
Write the guides, chart-type pages and blog posts that teach people how to build a chart worth showing. ₹4.2–7 lakh a year, plus a performance bonus.
Social Media Executive
Run our presence on LinkedIn, X and Instagram — mostly by showing charts rather than talking about them. ₹3.6–6 lakh a year, plus a performance bonus.
Marketing Executive
Own how people find ChartGPT, and what happens in their first five minutes. ₹4.5–8 lakh a year, plus a performance bonus.
How we work
Small team, wide scope
You will do work outside your title. A writer builds their own charts and screenshots; a social executive reads support email to find out what confuses people. This suits some people and not others, and it is better to know which you are before you apply.
Hybrid, three days in
Most roles are in the Gurugram office three days a week. Some are fully remote within India and say so. We do not currently hire outside India, mainly because payroll is complicated at our size.
The hiring process
An intro call, a paid exercise you should be able to finish in about three hours — a piece of writing, a set of posts or a short plan, depending on the role — a working session on what you produced, and a conversation with Kanishk Mehra. Around three weeks end to end. We pay for the exercise whether or not we hire you, and we tell you either way.
What we can and cannot offer
Real ownership of your area, a performance bonus, and a short distance between a decision and its consequence. ChartGPT is a sole proprietorship, so there is no equity or ESOP to offer and we will not pretend otherwise. Nor is there a large salary band, a structured career ladder, or the stability of a big company. Better to say that now than in month three.
